Cycling Causality Software
eRECC™ Lite 2.1 is powerful cycling analysis software, created by RI, to help you understand what drives your power plants to cycle. Power plant cycling, an increasing, expensive and disruptive operating mode, is a concern for all who own and operate today’s critical power plants.
This RI, leading-edge, macro-free, Microsoft® Excel® 2010 spreadsheet model is a robust cycling causality analysis tool. This tool accepts and processes annual hourly energy data to identify those forces responsible for driving the cycling of your power plants.
With RI training, you will be able to select a US balancing authority (BA) of interest, define the cycling drivers you wish to analyze and identify the fossil and other dispatchable resources for which you need to know what is driving their cycling. Plus you will be able to identify cycling trends and identify those cycling drivers that are most responsible for cycling impacts.
The eRECC™ Lite 2.1 software is available via RI training sessions under the RI Full Collaborative Network Memberships.
Our eRECC software training packages are designed to help you understand cycling causality fast. Learn how to expand the RI eRECC Lite 2.1 software into your own specific cycling analysis tool by taking RI training to raise your cycling causality understanding.
Our training is sequential: complete our Standard Training first, and then add Supplemental Training as needed.
